4 xGCSE A*-C or numerical equivalent in English & Maths
Reporting to the Manager
Interaction with logistics companies
Chase and resolve customer service issues - with supplier and logistics companies
Monitor and progress customer orders to delivery
Maintain the service level agreements - assist with quality inspections
Build and maintain inspection sheets
Work with team to audit conformity issues
Provide stock control checks
General administration duties to support the office function
Also supporting the administration of various departments and processes to maintain the highest standards of quality service.

Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration

The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.50 per hour. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
