Closing jobs via client Operating system
Downloading and distributing job packs/safe digs to teams
Noticing the council of advanced works
Monitoring operation emails and actioning accordingly
Supporting stores operating systems
Supporting Operation team
Supporting management team with process, procedure and performance objectives of the clients
Provide management headline updates as required
Assist management/supervisors with schedule of works
Maintain high standards of product delivery and lead times
Encourage and implement cost savings
Provide cover across projects as required
Assist directors with bids/documentation as required
Wage subject to National Minimum for Age Group and probationary period

Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration or Level 3 Business Administrator dependent on skills and experience
1 day per week in the first 15 weeks of the programme - at City Campus, Granville Road, Sheffield S2 2RL

The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.90 per hour. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
Driving Licence - Desirable
Knowledge of client software – Optimus / Solo; or other project software / CRM - advantage
Knowledge of Industry Accreditations i.e. ISO 9001:2015, Street Works, Safe Contractor - advantage
Ability to interpret drawings and Product documentation - advantage
