Careers Guidance
The Sheffield College offers an impartial careers guidance service to prospective and existing students. Professionally-qualified Careers Advisers are based at each college. All advisers have extensive experience and continue to participate in professional development activities.
Careers Advisers can assist with:
- Making realistic decisions about next steps in careers or education
- Understanding and exploring the available opportunities
- Assessing potential
- Choosing wisely between all the options
- Making and implementing an action plan

Each college has a careers library including books, computer software and a range of online careers resources to support the work of the careers guidance team.
