Meet the Careers Advice Team

The Careers Advice Team at The Sheffield College offer free and informed careers education, information, advice and guidance to all students. Our experienced careers IAG advisers are fully qualified in providing expert and impartial advice and guidance.

Students can also access fully independent careers advice through National Careers Service

Sarah Kettlewell – Head of Student Participation and Careers (Careers Leader) SFHEA

Sarah is the strategic lead in the college for Careers, Student Participation, Student Voice and Enterprise.

Qualifications:

  • PG Dip CEIGHE (Careers Education, Information & Guidance in Higher Education) – University of Warwick

Faye Seabrook – Careers IAG Adviser (Hillsborough Campus)

Faye is the careers adviser based at the college’s Hillsborough campus and supports the delivery of the college’s careers programme and provides impartial careers information, advice and guidance.

  • MA Applied Linguistics and TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) - The University of Leicester

Natalie Jackson – Careers IAG Adviser (Enterprise)

Natalie is one the careers advisers based at the college’s City and Olive Grove campuses and supports the delivery of the college’s careers programme and provides impartial careers information, advice and guidance.  She also delivers college Enterprise activities

Zoe Drake – Higher Education Engagement Assistant (HeppSY+)

Zoe works in the college as part of the Hepp South Yorkshire Plus programme. This project works in partnership with Sheffield Hallam University, University of Sheffield and South Yorkshire schools and colleges to increase the number of young people progressing into higher education.  Zoe works at City and Peaks Campuses.
