Electrical & Electronic Engineering BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma

This course is perfect for you if you wish to pursue a career in electrical or electronic engineering.


About the Course

Throughout this course you will man aspects of Electrical/Electronic technology to provide you with the required underpinning knowledge of maths, science, business, project planning and implementation for success in the engineering workplace.


You'll study 5 core units and 12 specialist units, which will provide you with a vocational focus. You will also complete an engineering project as part of the course, so that you gain experience of managing the engineering process of a project from start to finish.

Personal Study Time
You will be expected to work independently on research in your own time, outside of college.

*Please note: This course is an engineering course not an installation course and does not provide qualified electrician status.

Qualification Title
