Engineering Level 1 Certificate

This course is designed to familiarise you with the fundamentals of operating machine tools such as lathes, drilling machines and workshop fitting tools. It will provide you with the opportunity to develop knowledge and skills in workshop fitting, mechanical and production engineering. It is a combination of classroom and practical workshop.

About the Course

This course aims to teach you basic engineering skills that you can then develop and apply to lots of different types of engineering. This will include skills like reading engineering drawings and marking out. 

This course is ideal for those people wishing to take the first steps towards a career in manufacturing, electronics, product design or aerospace technology.
