ESOL Entry 1

There are a large number of classes for local students who want to improve their speaking, listening, reading and writing of English. All of our classes are mixed.


About the Course

You can:

  • Learn English for everyday use
  • Get an introduction to ICT and on-line learning
  • Improve your English to help you at work or gain employment
  • Practice speaking & listening, reading and writing skills to gain Entry 1 ESOL qualifications.

Please note that these classes are mainly intended for students who normally live in the UK and speak a language other than english at home or are refugees or are applying for asylum. You will be given further advice about this when you come to enrol. At this time, you will need to show us evidence of your residence status. This course is run from Eyre Street, Sheffield City Centre.
