Business Leadership & Management Foundation Degree

This course is based around the two threads of management and leadership. The programme aims to develop students’ skills in both areas.

About the Course

The management thread provides the necessary underpinning knowledge and understanding of how businesses are set up, operate and are managed and lead. The leadership thread focuses on developing confident leaders with effective interpersonal and communication skills and problem-solving skills. This thread places a strong emphasis on team work coupled with self-reliance. By the end of the course students will have developed the skills needed to pursue careers in business, set up in business themselves or continue to top up their degree at Sheffield Hallam University (SHU).
