This course will give you an introduction to the exciting world of Hospitality. You will learn the skills and processes required to prepare you for work in the industry at a supervisory level. After successful completion of the Level 3 Diploma you may progress onto our Level 3 craft courses specialising in kitchen or patisserie, university or in to employment.
The majority of your learning will be classroom based covering areas such as:
Four GCSE’s grade C or above which should include Maths and English.
Please note: if an exemption has been made, you must continue to study towards your qualification in Maths/English grade C or above, alongside your course.
You could progress to the one year full-time Chef’s Diploma Course, management training programmes within the industry or apply to university to study for a degree in Hospitality/Event management.
There is a uniform and equipment requirement for this course, the average cost of which is £175.00.
