The Marketing Apprenticeship is a dynamic programme of study for anyone wishing to gain the knowledge, skills and practical experience of working within a marketing role. Marketing should be at the heart of all business enterprise: without it, customers would not know about a business’ products or services. Businesses would also not know how to tailor its products and/or services to specific customer groups.
Depending on the size of the organisation, the role of the apprentice will vary, but it is anticipated that in smaller organisations the apprentice will work closely with the management and duties may go beyond marketing to include general administration as well. In larger organisations, the apprentice will usually work within a distinct marketing department and will work on a number of projects and campaigns.
As part of your apprenticeship you will study the Specialist Certificate in Principles of Marketing, covering the following key areas:
4 GCSEs grades A* - D or acceptable alternatives, including English Language and Maths (no lower than an E).
Work-based Assessment and Coursework
