Plumbing Level 2 Diploma

This course will allow you to develop existing skills and give you the underpinning knowledge required to develop a wide range of skills including installation, commissioning and maintenance.

About the Course

This course leads to a Level 2 Diploma in Plumbing qualification. During the course you will develop on existing knowledge from Level 1, whilst also developing your knowledge and skills in areas such as hot water supplied and central heating systems. 

The course is 50% theory and 50% practical. Theoretical learning is classroom based; allowing you to take notes to aid your study and development throughout the course. Your practical skills will be honed in the workshop through demonstrations, practise and in-class tests. Your progress will be reviewed regularly in tutorial sessions.

Functional Skills lessons will also form an important part of your course. They include English, Maths and ICT to help you improve your skills in these areas.
