Prince2 (an acronym for Projects In Controlled Environments) is a processed based method for effective project management. This course will teach you project management best-practice and the seven principles, themes and processes that underpin the Prince2 methodology.
PRINCE2 (Projects In Controlled Environments) is a process based method for effective project management. Originally developed by the UK Government, PRINCE2 is also widely used the the private sector, both in the UK and internationally.
There are no formal entry requirements but some experience of project management would be useful.
A 1-hour, closed book multiple choice exam. There are 75 questions (5 of which are 'trial' questions) and you will need a mark of 35 (50%) to pass the exam.
Additional study might include PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification.
The exam fee is currently £120.
