Enrolment for Part-time & Professional Courses


Please see below for all enrolment dates concerning professional qualifications, career progression courses and hobby and leisure activities.

If you have been given a specific time slot please try to attend this and arrive promptly. If you cannot attend for any reason, please contact our Admissions Team.

Where do I go to enrol?

If you applied before the end of May 2018, you should have received an appointment to come in and enrol on a specific day, at a specific campus.

If you applied after May 2018 (or if you can't attend the original session) you can still attend Open Enrolment on Tuesday 4th September at City campus.

What happens at enrolment?

You will be asked to complete and sign your paperwork and provide evidence of any previous qualifications. 

Once all your paperwork has been checked by staff you will be issued with your college ID and any additional information you may need about starting your course.

What to bring with you

Please make sure you bring the following with you wherever possible/relevant:

  • Photo ID
  • Contact details for your emergency contact (including phone number)
  • Any relevant exam certificates you hold
  • Method of payment for your chosen course (if payment is required)
  • Proof of any benefits you are currently receiving
  • If you are an adult applying for a course at Level 2 or below, and are looking to secure some funding towards your course, please bring your last 3 pay slips with you
