Catering, Hospitality and Leisure are UK's fastest growing industries. Castle College works closely with hotels, restaurants and Doncaster airport to help students make the most of the many career opportunities and to ensure that they gain a good working knowledge of the world of work whilst they are still training. Our staff have strong industry backgrounds and links with major local and national companies.

Sparks Restaurant has a first class reputation in the city for outstanding food and service provided by the students under the watchful eye of their tutors.

The Bakery Shop is open daily and is stocked with freshly baked goods, all prepared by students to give them hands-on experience of working in a business related atmosphere.

Career Opportunities
The hospitality industry is one of Britain's largest growth industries. Nationally there is a shortage of well qualified chefs and many other vacancies are hard to fill.
