Our Learning Resource Centres have all the tools and resources you will need to reinforce, enrich and develop your knowledge and skills.

Our well qualified, experienced and friendly staff are on hand to help you, facilitating access to a growing catalogue of print, audio visual and electronic resources that support the college's study programmes. The resources have been specially selected by tutors and library staff to help you succeed in your studies. If you need any assistance accessing any resources do not hesitate to ask a member of the LRC team. On arrival at the college, students are introduced to the services currently available and provided with updates on new resources as they progress.

Learning Resource Centre staff provide an innovative, responsive service supporting the learning, teaching and research needs of students in a welcoming learning environment that is all-inclusive. In addition to resources and advice they can support:

  • Tailored LRC inductions
  • Study skills workshops
  • Supported sessions at all levels, one-to-one or small group
  • UCAS and personal statement assistance
  • Revision and exam preparation
  • Initial and Diagnostic assessment
