About City Taxis Business, Sales and Marketing Academy
City Taxis is the UK's 3rd largest independent taxi provider operating a local taxi service in Sheffield, Chesterfield, Derby, Barnsley and Rotherham. Their vision of becoming the most trusted riding company in the community combined with their pledge to excel in reliability and customer service, alongside their visibility throughout the region make City Taxis a fantastic example of an employer to aspire to be.
City Taxis Academy students will be provided with the opportunity to undertake their learning in a newly branded classroom, complete with an Instagram flower wall for students’ selfies, located at our City Campus. The students will be able to develop their employability skills by taking part in workshops, masterclasses, and industry experience days with representatives from City Taxis.
Our City Taxis Business, Sales and Marketing Academy aims to give young people the opportunity to gain experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Development whilst helping build confidence. The team and I are very much looking forward to working with the students over the next academic year and supporting them in developing new skills through our monthly workshops.

12/01/2022 2:43 pm Keeping safe at college
The College is open to students as usual. Learning is continuing to be delivered face-to-face on campus in line with government guidance.
Face coverings must be worn at all times on campus (unless you are exempt) including in classrooms and learning spaces.
Please continue to test twice weekly using lateral flow test kits, ideally 3-4 days apart, and when you intend to mix socially with others.
If you have coronavirus symptoms or a positive test result or you have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive, please follow the government guidelines for self-isolating and check the NHS website for further advice.
Please be assured that we are closely monitoring the situation. Any decisions we take will have student and staff safety at the heart of them.
