Enrolment at The Sheffield College

Welcome to The Sheffield College!

After you have you applied and been made an offer to study with us, you will then be able to enrol for your programme. Enrolment is where you confirm and finalise your place as a student at The Sheffield College, and will follow the process below:

1) Pre-enrolment

2) Enrolment confirmation

3) Grades check and induction information from staff

4) Support check from staff

Key things to know

New students

If you applied before 09/08/2021

Once you have been made an offer of study, you should have been directed to complete your pre-enrolment online. Your pre-enorlment will account for 99% of your overall enrolment and will be done through the OnTrack portal which you have made you application on.

If you require support with completing pre-enrolment on OnTrack, staff at The Sheffield College are able to help you with this. Please contact admissions@sheffcol.ac.uk for more information.

Once you have copmpleted pre-enrolment, please book an appointment to come in and complete your enrolment using the links below.

If you applied after 09/08/2021

Please use the links below to book yourself an enrolment appointment. 

You will not be required to complete a pre-enrolment, instead you will complete all of this information at your enrolment appointment on campus.

Returning/progressing students

If you have studied with us before and are a returning student, you will still need to attend an enrolment appointment to make sure you are all set to start your new programme.

Booking an enrolment confirmation appointment

Please book an enrolment appointment for the area of study and campus you will be attending, using the links to our Eventbrite pages below.

Please only attend an enrolment check at the time and campus you have booked in at. 

Please note: enrolments for programmes at Olive Grove will take place at City Campus.

Please do not attend an on-campus enrolment check if you are showing symptoms of Coronavirus. Please isolate immediately and book a PCR test online, on the app or by phoning 119.

What to bring with you

Please bring the following with you when you come in to enrol:

  • proof of ID
  • student support evidence (such as proof of benefits)
  • proof of results 
  • method of payment (where appropriate)

Additional support

If you need assistance with funding or childcare, or have any questions about how we can support you during you time at The Sheffield College, staff will be on hand at your enrolment appointment to help answer any queries you may have.
