Tell Me More

What will I do on the programme?

The Prince’s Trust Team programme is a full-time, 5-days-a-week, personal development programme run over 12 weeks.

We aim to improve your employability skills and work towards helping you progress to Apprenticeships, work and further education. You will meet and make solid connections with people who have very different experiences and skills.

You will learn how to work well with others, how to set and achieve targets, and how you can work within your local community.

The programme will challenge and then develop your confidence and real-life skills such as teamwork, communication, problem solving and reliability. This is achieved through games and activities, as well as work placements and community projects.

We will also look at your English and maths skills, and support these with personalised tutoring to help you progress towards employment or further study. On the course you will also work on your job finding skills, and produce an up to date CV.
