All Sheffield College campuses will open as normal tomorrow - Monday, March 19th.
During the last year, the College has spearheaded a new series of internal communication, staff recognition and professional development initiatives. These have contributed to the accreditation renewal until December 2019, following a rigorous assessment.
Around 1,800 people work for the College, which provides academic, vocational and professional qualifications to more than 16,000 learners a year.
Paul Corcoran, Chief Executive, The Sheffield College, said: “I am delighted that the College has successfully retained its Investors in People Standard following a rigorous assessment process.”
He added: “This achievement recognises our commitment to investing in our staff. I want to thank them for the fantastic job that they do for our students and the city to transform lives through teaching and learning and supporting regional employers.”
