This course will enhance your current classical culinary skills and help develop a greater repertoire of culinary techniques through the study of more complex dishes. The entry requirements required for the course are a Level 2 qualification in Professional Cookery or significant experience in the catering industry.
On successful completion of this two-year programme you will gain a City & Guilds NVQ3 in Professional Cookery (Kitchen and Larder).
This is a two-year programme. The course is delivered on Wednesdays (10am - 5.30pm) during college term-time.
You will be required to purchase a chef's uniform, appropriate work safe shoes and professional chef's knives.
