Kinetic Solutions Group Engineering Employer Skills Academy
The Kinetic Solutions Group Engineering Employer Skills Academy was launched in September 2023. This academy is based at our Olive Grove Campus and supports all our students who are studying the Electrical Engineering T Level at the College. The academy allows all students to take part in a variety of employer-led activities to enhance their studies and support the transition into the world of work.
Kinetic Solutions Group will support the Employer Skills Academy students by delivering a range of workshops, masterclasses, projects, site visits and placement opportunities.
The academy is designed to enhanced students study programme and allow them to see what the engineering industry is like and what careers are available in the industry so they can make an informed decision for their future.
The students will undertake their learning in a recently refurbished, employer branded classroom at the College, complete with industry equipment and resources.
