Who we are

Inspired by our partnership with ‘The National Centre For Diversity’, our FREDIE+ values are what we stand for as both a college and individuals.

HOW THIS LOOKS DAY-TO-DAY

To bring these values to life, we clearly outline the practical actions that make the college a high-performing, inclusive space for everybody.

Putting these behaviours into practice is how we’ve built a space where everyone is empowered to be great at what they do. Finding inspiring people who share our ethos is how we keep it that way.

Apply now if you want to build success alongside positive people who embrace this mindset.
