Keep on reading to find out everything you need to know about enrolment.
You will be sent a letter with the date and time of your enrolment appointment – it is vital that you attend this appointment or let us know if you can’t make it!
Make sure you log in to Prospect to complete your pre-enrolment questions (this is the same portal that you used to submit your application)
You will be invited to an open enrolment event to discuss the course with the teaching staff and enrol on the day (subject to availability and meeting entry requirements).
If you have studied with us before and are a returning student, you will still need to complete your pre-enrolment online via the Prospect portal.
Once your tutor has confirmed your enrolment (late August), you can log back into the Prospect portal to complete your digital signature.
If you are unable to complete this online, please come into City or Hillsborough campus on August 20st between 9am and 5pm.
If you are an applicant, please bring the following with you when you come in to enrol:
- proof of ID
- proof of exam results including English and Maths
– student support evidence (such as proof of benefits)
– method of payment (where appropriate)
If you need assistance with funding or childcare, or have any questions about how we can support you during your time at The Sheffield College, staff will be on hand at your enrolment appointment to help answer any queries you may have.
We still have places on our programmes starting in September 2026.
