What you can study

Performing and Production Arts Level 2

This is an exciting and mainly practical course combining practical exploration of styles and techniques in acting with related written assignments. You’ll dive into acting, devising, script work, improvisation, and teamwork, building real skills while collaborating with others in a fun, supportive environment. Whether you’re dreaming of progressing to Level 3 or you’re just starting to find your voice as a performer, this course gives you the perfect launchpad to grow, experiment, and shine.

Acting Level 3
If you are interested in developing your performance skills and are prepared to work hard to do this, the Extended Diploma will provide the right pathway for you. You’ll develop advanced techniques in acting, devising, script work, improvisation, vocal and physical performance, and ensemble work, building confidence and professionalism. You’ll train across a range of styles and disciplines, including specialist 'Acting for Camera' work, where you’ll learn how to deliver truthful performances for film and TV. The course combines energetic, practical workshops with focused written portfolio work that deepen your understanding of technique and the industry.

Production Arts Level 3
Our Level 3 Production Arts programme gives you hands-on experience in the creative and technical skills needed to work behind the scenes in theatre, film, TV, and live events. You’ll explore areas like lighting, sound, stage management, set design, costume, and makeup, while working on real productions and collaborating with performers to bring shows to life. Through practical projects, industry-style briefs, and close collaboration with performers, you’ll learn how to bring a show to life from concept to curtain call.
