Careers you can train for with a Hospitality and Catering Apprenticeship include: 

Commis Chef 

A Commis chef is the most common starting position and junior culinary role in many kitchens. The role would include preparing food and doing basic cooking tasks supervised by a senior chef.

Assessment

During your standard, you will develop your knowledge, skills and behaviours to ensure your readiness for your End Point Assessment (EPA).
