About this Course

This qualification provides an opportunity to develop an understanding of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) relevant to your current or future roles in the Education and early years industry. The qualification focuses on the 0-18 age range. You will cover the full range of ages but focus on your own experience/age group appropriate to your work and job role. It will equip you with basic understanding of techniques for preventing and addressing ACEs in practice.

There are no entry requirements for this course, although industry experience is beneficial.

Assessment

You will be assessed by completing course work and assignments set by your tutor.

Where does this Lead

Students who successfully complete the programme may progress onto the Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning or into employment.
