Entry Requirements

4 GCSEs grades A* - D / grade 3 or above (or acceptable alternatives), to include English Language.


It is desirable that applicants have some recent experience of performing in front of an audience.

Where does this Lead

Progression can be to any Level 3 course, but most students progress to the Extended Diploma in Performing Arts (Acting) at The Sheffield College.

Future Opportunities

Students often continue to develop their skills and knowledge of drama at university or drama school. This can lead to careers in the performing arts industry (both on and off stage), but also in a wide range of other areas where artistic understanding and communication skills are important.
