The course is delivered through distance learning, allowing flexibility to study around existing commitments, with full tutor support provided throughout.

Entry Requirements

This is a part-time course for adults. Learners must be aged 19+.

All applicants may need to complete an English and maths initial assessment following the pre-enrolment, unless you can provide evidence of sufficient level of English and maths required for the course.

Assessment

Assessment is through end of topic assessments submitted for marking. Please note all assessments need to achieve pass standard for qualification to be awarded.

This will be assessed during your IAG (Information Advice and Guidance) interview in the enrolment process. If you are unemployed or employed part-time or earning under £24,570 per year, and you receive means tested benefits, you are likely to be eligible.
