"Gabriel is a delightful student and an asset to the department. An extremely thoughtful student who consistently supports his peers with guidance and genuine care, a real go to person. Gabriel is clearly driven to meeting his career objectives and is fully understanding of the hard work and commitment he needs to achieve this. Gabriel is undertaking a work placement in a Special Needs School, where all students are medically challenged.

Gabriel has received numerous outstanding reviews form the placement provider confirming his excellent work ethic. Gabriel is also pursing a remote work placement which will require him to use his excellent time management and organisational skills, which he consistently demonstrates, by meeting specific deadlines and enhancing his career objectives by taken opportunities to develop his skills and knowledge. It is well noted that Gabriel is an excellent contributor at college and academy events, and uses these skills to support his peers when team working.

Gabriel, whilst dealing with personal issues has drawn on his resilience to help him manage his studies, work experience and enrichment activities to be the best he can. A really deserving recipient of this award."
